Role
I was hired for a specific mission : re-organise the operational workflow of the company to go from a one-person management to a team organization.
Atout Menage is a personal services franchised company specialized in house cleaning. The companies employs about fifty cleaning ladies and organises their work at over two hundred customers’ houses.
Missions
Management role: audit of the internal organization
- Implementing operating procedures and creating management tools
- Improving candidate sourcing via web, partnership signatures, etc.
- Animating recruitment sessions
- Managing staff : dealing with schedules, replacements, administrative work, training
- Organizing the election of the staff representatives
Marketing and sales role : amendment of the communication strategy
- Auditing communication means and searching for new media
- Improving the company’s accession on and offline, creating and diffusing promotion
- Finding partnerships with key actors in our field: work councils, concierge services…
- Prospecting new clients over the phone and ensuring personal customer service
Main objectives
- Audit the company’s as well as other franchised companies’ workflow;
- Propose and roll out new management methods, create and set up corresponding tools;
- Set up a communication strategy and carry on corresponding marketing actions;
- Hire and train an assistant to take over at the end of the mission.
Results
- Development of tools and methods for effective collaboration between the Manager and her colleague.

- Participation in the turnover growth
