I hired Valérie as our Export Director in February 2013 and I’ve been managing her directly for almost 4 years.
She has been delivering great results in developing our international business, setting up our distribution network, building relationships with our partners and increasing our brand. She was also involved in general management as a member of our Executive Committee.

Valérie hired me for her international sales team two years ago. With a lot of patience and enthusiasm she made me learn the different tasks (that were unknown to me coming from HR). The way we worked together was affected by the sympathy for each other. Often, we had sat down together and tackled the workload with a great hand-in-hand teamwork.
To the international team belonged also the distributors around the world. Valérie had built up strong relationships with them, guiding them in the difficult task of selling our products. She has established effective routines, that now serve me well after having taken over this part. Also, in this transition process of handing over most of her tasks to me before leaving, she was very efficient and loyal.

It’s not often that you come across someone as dedicated and enthusiastic as Valérie.
I met Valérie 8 months ago when she interviewed and hired me as a marketing assistant for her international sales team. Straight away I noticed her work ethic, how she is always full of ideas and always wanting to learn more. She is a supportive manager and she has a lot of passion for the subject.
What impressed me most was her ability to speak many different languages, with at least five to a professional standard. This knowledge has provided Valérie with a lot of intercultural awareness which supported her successful management of our international distributor network.
